Delicious Winter Dahl

Ingredients


  • 3cm knob of ginger (grated)

  • 1 TSP black mustard seeds

  • 2 TSP Clive of India curry powder

  • 2 TSP turmeric powder

  • 1 TSP garam masala

  • 1.5 cups red split lentils

  • 400ml coconut milk

  • 2 zucchinis finely diced

  • 500ml boiling water

  • 2 TBSP Best of the Bone Turmeric & Ginger Bone Broth

  • 1 TSP Himalayan salt

  • Generous amount of black pepper to taste



Method:


  1. Add all prepared ingredients to a slow cooker ensuring all ingredients are combined well and covered by the liquid.

  2. Cook on low for 8 hours

  3. Serve with: roti, coconut yoghurt and garlic infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
