If a meal could feel like a warm hug, it would be this one...

Ingredients
3cm knob of ginger (grated)
1 TSP black mustard seeds
2 TSP Clive of India curry powder
2 TSP turmeric powder
1 TSP garam masala
1.5 cups red split lentils
400ml coconut milk
2 zucchinis finely diced
500ml boiling water
2 TBSP Best of the Bone Turmeric & Ginger Bone Broth
1 TSP Himalayan salt
Generous amount of black pepper to taste
Method:
Add all prepared ingredients to a slow cooker ensuring all ingredients are combined well and covered by the liquid.
Cook on low for 8 hours
Serve with: roti, coconut yoghurt and garlic infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
