These Terms & Conditions explain how appointments are managed at Foundations Clinical Nutrition. By booking a consultation, whether through Cliniko, email, or phone, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Use of Our Services

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to appointments made after the revised version is published. By scheduling a consultation, you agree to follow the most current Terms.

Eligibility

When booking an appointment, you confirm that:

• You are 14 years of age or older; or

• If you are aged 14–18, your parent or guardian has read these Terms and agrees to the booking; or

• If the appointment is for a child under 16, you are their legal parent or guardian.

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule your appointment at any time up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled online consultation will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.

You have a 24-hour grace period after the original appointment time to rebook. If the appointment is not rescheduled within this timeframe, the full consultation fee (100%) will apply. An invoice will be sent and is payable within 30 days.
