Private Health Fund Rebates

Rebates for nutrition consultations at Foundations Clinical Nutrition are available through various Australian private health insurers. As rebate amounts differ based on individual policies, it’s best to contact your provider directly to confirm your eligibility and level of cover. Following your appointment an invoice will be emailed to you, which you can submit to your private health fund for reimbursement.

  • see-u by HBF (formerly CUA Health)

  • St Lukes Health

  • Westfund Health Insurance

*Only applies to clients who joined Australian Unity prior to the year 2000 if on their policy
